Items Needed
- Original or High-Quality USB-C Cable
- Known-Working USB Power Adapter (Wall Charger)
- Soft, Dry Brush or Compressed Air
Troubleshooting Steps
- Use a Reliable Power Source: Connect the headphones to a wall charger, not a computer's USB port. Wall adapters provide more consistent power. Ensure the outlet is working.
- Test Your Charging Accessories: The most common cause of charging failure is a faulty cable or adapter. Try a completely different USB-C cable and power adapter that you know work with other devices.
- Inspect and Clean the Charging Port: Carefully look inside the USB-C port on the headphones. Use a soft, dry brush or a puff of compressed air to remove any dust or debris that might be blocking the connection.
- Charge for an Extended Period: If the battery is completely dead, the headphones may not show any signs of life immediately. Plug them into a reliable wall charger and leave them for at least 2-3 hours without interruption.
- Observe the Charging LED: When plugged in and charging correctly, a solid red or white LED light should appear on the headphones. If you see no light at all, it confirms that power is not reaching the battery.
- Attempt a Hard Reset: While the headphones are still plugged into the charger, press and hold the Power button for at least 30 seconds. This can sometimes resolve a software glitch that prevents the device from powering on.
- Check for Physical Damage: Examine the headphones for any cracks, especially around the power button and charging port, or any signs of liquid damage. Physical damage can disrupt internal connections and prevent the headphones from working.
