Understanding the Error Codes
- Normal Operation Lights: Before diagnosing an error, it's important to know what normal lights look like. A pulsing white power light means the battery is charging. A solid white power light means it is on and running. A fast-blinking blue light means it is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Last Battery LED Flashing: If the speaker is plugged in and only the final segment of the battery indicator is flashing, this typically signals a charging error. The battery may be too hot, too cold, or the charging circuit has detected a fault. Unplug the speaker, let it rest in a room-temperature environment for an hour, and try again. If it persists, the battery or charging board may be faulty.
- All Battery LEDs Flashing Together: If all five battery indicator lights flash simultaneously and the speaker won't turn on, this often indicates a critical battery failure. The battery may be completely dead or unable to hold a charge. A factory reset is worth trying, but this error usually requires a battery replacement.
- Power Light Flashing Red: A flashing red light on the power button is a general fault indicator. It means the speaker has entered a protection mode due to a serious issue. This can be caused by an internal short circuit, severe overheating, or a major component failure (like the amplifier or power supply).
- What to Do for a Flashing Red Light: Immediately unplug the speaker from the AC outlet. Let it cool down completely for at least an hour. Perform a factory reset by holding the Volume Up (+) and Play buttons for 10 seconds. If the red light returns after the reset, do not continue using it. It requires professional diagnosis and repair.
- Light Show or Buttons Unresponsive: If the speaker plays music but the top panel lights or buttons are frozen or unresponsive, this points to a software glitch. The first step is to turn the speaker off and on again. If that doesn't work, a factory reset will almost always solve this specific issue.
- No Lights at All: If there are no lights whatsoever, even when plugged in, start by testing the AC outlet and the power cord itself. If both are working, the issue is internal. It could be a failed AC power port, a dead power supply unit, or a fault on the mainboard.
